Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of collections, with 0.5% annual increases (up to a cap of 35%)

Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months or commission (whichever is greater)

Retention Bonus: $20,000 total — $10,000 after year one, $10,000 after year two

401(k): 3% match after 90 days

Malpractice: 50% of annual liability insurance premium covered

Health Insurance: Available at 34+ hours/week

Sick Time: Paid in compliance with MN law

CE Allowance: $1,500 annually

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:

Licensed in Minnesota (or able to obtain MN license)

Preferred: 1+ year of experience or post-grad training (GPR/AEGD), but open to new grads with a strong clinical foundation
